We show message HTML in a sandbox without scripts and block remote images — tracking pixels — by default.
API keys under lock and key
AI provider keys never travel back to the browser. In the dashboard you only see their last characters.

Questions we hear most often
Will Ezra send anything without my knowledge?
Only if you let it. You turn automatic replies on separately for the whole organization and for each mailbox. You can also use drafts only — Ezra prepares the reply and a person decides whether to send it.
Which AI models can I use?
By default Ezra replies — our own model, ready right away, within your plan’s limit. You can also connect your own Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT or Grok key: you then pay the provider directly and have no reply limit.
What happens to the content of my messages?
Message content goes only to the model you choose: to Ezra, which runs on our sub-processor’s infrastructure, or to the provider whose key you connect — then under your own agreement with them. API keys never travel back to the browser.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, from the Team plan. To start, every organization gets mailboxes on @saauf.xyz that work right away. You connect your own domain, e.g. hello@yourcompany.com, through your own Resend account: Ezra adds the domain there, shows the DNS records and sends mail through it.
How do I invite my team?
In Members you enter addresses and pick a role: Member, Administrator or Owner. Everyone gets a one-time link valid for 7 days. You grant administrator permissions area by area.
Can one account belong to several companies?
Yes. One account, many organizations — you switch between them with one click, and each one’s data stays separate.
